IMPORTANT April Updates!

LAAAAAAST CALLLLLL!

OK Families! We need any and ALL pictures you want to include for the 2019-2020 Yearbook! Since we will be missing pictures from this last quarter due to the shelter in place and cancelation of many of our events, please feel free to send any pictures of things you and your kids did during the quarantine time. Come on! Send them in! We love y'all and want to see your faces! 

Those will be needed by this Friday, April 24th! 

Also, remember that the Family Pages & 8th Grade Graduation Pages are due Thursday, April 30th!

(Family Pages & 8th Grade Grad Pages should be an 8x11 size)

Here's the Update on our 

"Change the World" Coin Collection!

For those of you who saved & donated your change this year, we are getting ready to purchase items for the Orchards Convalescent Home here in Bakersfield. This is the perfect time to bless them with some essentials that many of them are needing, but aren't able to get because of the current circumstances. If you have donations still that you would like to contribute, please contact Andrea Haddon or Sarah Wolf and we will make sure to get them from you before purchasing the items. We will update you with what we were able to get, thank you for participating in this years community service outreach!

 We plan to drop off the donation by the middle of May so the deadline for any change will be Friday, May 1st. Thanks for loving on the Orchards Convalescent Home residents and staff!

GOT MAIL????

On the heels of that update, if your kids have a minute to write a letter to any of the residents at the Orchards Convalescent home- to make a picture, send a handwritten note of encouragement, a coloring page, a bible verse, anything AT ALL- please mail one (or a few of them) to Andrea Haddon and we will add those to our gifts when we drop them off! Who wouldn't love a cheerful or colorful note or picture hung in their room to let them know they are thought of! Take a quick minute to do that and drop it in the mail to Andrea Haddon (see the directory for the address or email here to get it). 

AND one last thing! a BIG THANKS to everyone who sent in their videos for the SHOWCASE! We look forward to celebrating our year together and all the wonderful work our students have done! Thanks to Jessica for compiling it all! Tune in on April 30th to watch it!
